Ergonomic keyboard

Ergonomic keyboards improve sitting posture and comfort during use avoiding and preventing the development of musculoskeletal disorders (MDS), such as the canal tunnel syndrome.

Several types of keyboards are available on the market:

  • Separated keyboards also called split keyboards are suitable for all body types (shoulder width) as their modules can be independently placed and adjusted horizontally or vertically. They decrease hand pronation angle rectifying hand deviation and tilt.
  • Compact keyboards have as objective to reduce the distance between the mouse and keyboard by eliminating the numpad and by bringing the mouse closer to the keyboard. This set up improves the balance between numeric pad/keyboard/mouse which are all centered in front of user's hands. Numeric pad should be considered as a separated units, independent and mobile, ready to be placed wherever on the desk, but ideally it has to be located on the left side of the keyboard in order to optimize workspace flow and reduce shoulder and neck muscles tensions. All keyboards come with soft-touch and quiet keys for comfortable and sleek typing with minimal effort. Our catalogue includes a range of various keyboards available in several versions AZERTY, QWERTY US, QWERTY UK, BEPO, DVORAK and Blank.
